Minimum Lab Setup: 1 Server + 5 Clients (a server can support up to 20 clients; beyond that, server CPU and RAM should be increased proportionately)
Server (minimum 1 per centre):

- 500 GB Hard Disk, Integrated Graphics
- NIC Card / WiFi, 3 USB ports
- Windows 10 (64-bit) Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 1
- Antivirus
- Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection
Client Computers:
- Dual Core Processor (1.6 GHz), 4 GB RAM
- 160 GB Hard Disk, NIC Card / WiFi, Audio ports
- Keyboard and Mouse, Headphone with Mic
- One Web Camera / Integrated Camera
- Windows 10 Enterprise (64-bit), Antivirus
Peripherals:
- Biometric Device (minimum 1)
- Power Backup for all computers — UPS and Inverter with Battery Backup
- Speakers (Optional)
Network & Internet:
- LAN: 10/100/1000 Mbps Network Switch (recommended: D-Link, Linksys or equivalent), or WiFi Access Point — 300 Mbps, 802.11n. Electrical and LAN wiring should run perpendicular to each other; if parallel, keep a 2-feet gap to avoid interference.
- Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps broadband (wired/wireless), shared to all computers via Internet Connection Sharing or a Proxy Server
Software Licensing:
ALCs must arrange their own Windows 10 and MS Office 365 licences.
** MS Office licenses for 10 machines can be provided by MKCL at a nominal cost.
