GS-CIT (Goa State – Certificate in Information Technology) हा AI-आधारित IT साक्षरता अभ्यासक्रम आहे, जो Human Resource Development Foundation (HRDF) Society, गोवा सरकार आणि MKCL यांच्यातील सामंजस्य करारानुसार (Memorandum of Understanding) गोव्यातील लोकांसाठी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आला आहे, जेणेकरून संपूर्ण राज्यात आवश्यक डिजिटल कौशल्ये विकसित होतील.

२१व्या शतकात बहुतांश नवीन कृतीयोग्य ज्ञान डिजिटल स्वरूपात तयार केले जाते, साठवले जाते, सादर केले जाते, शेअर केले जाते आणि व्यवस्थापित केले जाते. Artificial Intelligence (AI) च्या वाढत्या प्रभावामुळे तंत्रज्ञान हे वैयक्तिक, व्यावसायिक आणि सामाजिक जीवनाचा अविभाज्य भाग बनले आहे. या बदलाची दखल घेऊन GS-CIT ची रचना सुरुवातीपासूनच AI tools भोवती करण्यात आली आहे, ज्यामुळे शिकणाऱ्यांना AI-आधारित उत्पादकता (productivity), अभ्यास, नोकरीसाठी सज्जता आणि व्यवसायासाठी उपयुक्त tools वापरण्याचे सामर्थ्य मिळते. AI आणि डिजिटल साक्षरता यांचा मेळ घालून GS-CIT हे सुनिश्चित करते की गोव्यातील शिकणारे भविष्यासाठी सज्ज, स्पर्धाक्षम आणि सतत बदलणाऱ्या डिजिटल जगात जुळवून घेणारे राहतील.

MKCL

Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) was promoted by the Department of Higher and Technical Education (H & TE), Government of Maharashtra (GoM), India and was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. In order to make the capabilities of MKCL available to all the Departments of Government of Maharashtra, governmental coordination of the affairs of the company has been handed over from January 05, 2018 to the General Administration Department (GAD) from Department of Higher & Technical Education. Subsequently, it was allocated to Directorate of Information Technology under GAD.

HRDF

The Human Resources Development Foundation Society (HRDF) is a registered society of the Government of Goa operating under the Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. It is committed to equipping individuals with industry-relevant skills in Information Technology and other emerging sectors, enhancing their employability and career prospects. Through the GS-CIT program, HRDF aims to promote digital literacy and bridge both the digital and AI divides, ensuring that people from all sections of society can effectively participate in and benefit from the rapidly evolving digital economy.
